University in Mexco choose AVD Inno solution

In early 2022, the University in Mexico wanted to deploy a campus-wide live streaming solution that was simple for faculty and students to use.

The devices of  the university which base on PC software were too complex, requiring that the AV team bring in a specialist every time they needed to live stream and record course.

Affected by the epidemic ,The university needed to enable remote and hybrid learning in every classroom, active learning room, and auditorium to make sure the students get the normal education.

The solution had to be flexible enough to stream out to students at home and stream into the room when a faculty member had to teach from university or home.

Also in media-rich learning spaces like active learning classrooms and auditoriums required a more complex and robust solution which features with auto tracking and auto switching no matter the classroom environment change.

Meanwhile the AV team was looking at hardware solutions which can be seamless work with exist AV control system to make sure faculty able to use the solution no matter their level of technical expertise.

Additionally, the device couldn’t take up too much precious space on the lectern.

All the file will saved on local harddisk or cloud server via FTP server for VOD
